1. Who we are
This website is owned and operated by IHSP - Iberian Hospitality Solutions, with registered offices at Avenida da República 2, 7º, 1050-181 Lisboa, Portugal ("IHSP", "we", "us"). 2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form: first name, last name, organisation (optional), email address, the area of interest selected and the content of your message. Our hosting infrastructure also processes technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and availability purposes.
3. Why we use it
We use your data solely to answer your enquiry and to manage the professional relationship that may follow from it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a commercial relationship begins, in which case the applicable legal retention periods apply. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
5. Who has access
Your data is accessible only to IHSP staff who need it to handle your enquiry, and to the service providers that host this website and deliver our email. These providers act as processors under contract and may store data within the European Union or in countries covered by appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Write to geral@ihsp.pt to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).
